Lead consultants and trainers, Joy and Jon Neuhold, keep a watchful eye on every project from beginning to end to make sure your experience is successful.

Joy Neuhold, owner and consultant, is a Certified Adult Educator. She combines her experience working in a corporate environment with her ability to teach clients numerous software solutions used in business. Joy is able to place herself in her clients' situation, understand the challenge of learning new computer skills and the importance of setting realistic goals.

"I want to help people succeed at their job," she says. "So I do whatever is needed to help them...for some, this means overcoming their fear of computers; for others, it means teaching an advanced skill so they can open up new opportunities."

Joy conducts a variety of software training sessions and IT software consulting projects such as writing technical manuals for custom software, and preparing complex Word documents and effective PowerPoint presentations. She also takes the lead in managing JN Software's training department to ensure quality training. Whether you're receiving help to plan what training your staff requires or assistance with the design or redesign of your website, Joy is your personal point of contact to guarantee superior service.

Jon Neuhold, consultant and developer, learned how to teach people and speak in public early in life. At JN Software Consulting, Jon applies his skills helping individuals and groups master all levels of Access and Excel. Whether he's working with a beginner or someone advanced, Jon's clients come away with confidence and new skills.

"I'm patient and I've seen again and again the effectiveness of individualized attention, whether in person or online," Jon explains. "I make sure clients come away with new skills they can apply. ...Often this means they're now able to perform a task on the computer in 5 minutes when before it took up to an hour."

Jon helps manage our team of Excel and Access trainers and programmers. He is the lead developer for customizing databases in Access and Excel to meet his clients' specific requirements.
