Survey Project

Problem
JN Software was approached by a virtual assistant who was having trouble getting a long-overdue project on track. This involved the analysis of large amounts of raw data from a variety of customer surveys. Doing this by hand had led to inaccuracy; what was needed was a quick, automated solution.

Solution
By using advanced Excel techniques, JN Software was able to organize the data into a cohesive form. JN Software always strives to help you do your job in the best way possible. Therefore, instead of doing the analysis ourselves, we quickly developed an easy-to-use spreadsheet which essentially allowed the analysts to "ask" it questions and get the figures they needed.

Outcome
A project that had begun 4 months previously using other techniques was completed in only a matter of days, thanks to the complete overhaul given it by JN Software.
