The Taskbar at the bottom of the screen in Windows 7 automatically combines all windows from each program into one small icon each. If you often flip back and forth between windows in the same application this can be cumbersome and time consuming. Did you know that you can change the Taskbar to give each window a separate icon?
Right click on a blank part of the Taskbar and select Properties
On the Taskbar tab select a different option in the box labeled Taskbar Buttons
