Adobe Illustrator

Over years Adobe Illustrator has become the standard application when it comes to illustration design. Artists, illustrators and graphic designers use Illustrator to create vector-based graphics which, contrary to raster-based editors such as Adobe Photoshop, can be easily rescaled without the loss of quality. E.g., Illustrator is often used to quickly transform hand-drawn sketches on a sheet of paper into lively and colorful digital images. Illustrator can be used for creating all sorts of illustrations and graphics for both web and print and as well as artwork for packaging, displays, posters, flyers and brochures. Illustrator

TIP OF THE MONTH - MAY/2009
Most Microsoft Office programs store a list of recently used files for easy access. In Word 2003 for example, they are found at the bottom of the file menu. But do you ever find there aren't enough to cover all of the documents you're currently using? Here's how you can change the number that are visible (or remove them entirely). While these instructions directly apply to Word 2003, other programs and years have similar setups.
  1. Select Tools - Options
  2. Click on the General tab
  3. Change the number beside the heading "Recently Used File list"
